Refunds/Termination
The refund should be in writing, with complete details of the request by the author. The author is entitled to a 50% refund of the paid amount after this agreement is signed. However, only a 20% refund of the paid amount is provided to the author if the agreement is terminated during the fulfillment of the service.
Finally, the author will not receive any refund if the agreement is terminated after the services are fulfilled. 20/20 Literary Group commits to maintaining the privacy of the author’s personally identifiable information with regard to its collection, access, use, storage, disposal, and disclosure and will comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws as well as all other applicable regulations and directives.
